Had the car tinted at the dealer a few days ago and one of the techs looked at it. He said they all do that and as if now, there's no setting that will overwrite it. If you don't like the large fuel gauge, you can tab down on the left down button and put the water temp gauge on. This setup won't change like the fuel economy does.

Hello all, I like to drive with the fuel economy gauge and vertical tach and fuel gauge displayed. When I turn the car on and put in reverse, the driver backing assist display comes on in the left display over the fuel economy and when I put the car into drive, everything is replaced with the round tach and fuel gauge only and I have to scroll through the menus to get the fuel economy display back. Is there a setting I can select to when I put the car in drive after backing, the display will keep the fuel economy and vertical tach and fuel gauge?
