  1. My mistake. It is on the lower right side and not the left.
  2. My lease is ending on my 2017 Fusion (Platinum model). I love the car. I'm trying to decide between the 2020 Fusion Titanium (they don't have the Platinum anymore) or the new 2020 Escape.
  3. I have a 2017 Platinum. The model name is on the lower left side of the trunk.
  4. My lease is ending on my 2017 Fusion (Platinum model). I love the car. I'm trying to decide between the 2020 Fusion Titanium (they don't have the Platinum anymore) or the new 2020 Escape.
  5. I have a 2017 Fusion with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine. I went to add some coolant to the reservoir. The cap was very difficult to come off. It seemed like I was turning it forever before it finally came off. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you.
  6. Well, I'm back from the dealer! Basically they said what Waldo said in his post. They said the wrinkles are part of the leather that was used in that part of the seat, and that Ford would never approve replacing the seat. Oh well! I did forget to mention that the car is a 3 year lease. I always use that as an excuse and say to myself it's not my car anyways.LOL Lease or not I always try to take care of the car and correct any problems. Thanks again to everyone who tried to help.
  7. I want to thank all of you for the replies. I have an appointment with the dealer this Thursday at 9 am. It will be interesting to see what they have to say.
  8. I just took delivery of a 2017 Fusion Platinum. I had a few issues with it, ( dried glue smears on the inside of the moon roof & one side of my hood was a half inch higher than the other side). I was able to resolve them myself without having to take it back to the dealer. I have one last issue. The rear passenger side leather seat has wrinkles on the front top side of the seat. Should I bring it back to the dealer or should I leave well enough alone? Is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance.
  9. Thanks awdpath for the link. Actually the smell has decreased considerably.
  10. Thank you. Actually I love this car. It's so much more fun to drive then the Sables I had before.
  11. You didn't at all. There was no need to appologize. Take care
  12. No this isn't my first new car. I've had many new Sables. I don't normally back into the garage but I did this time. I may have smelled it before with my other cars but don't remember. Thanks for the reply.
  13. The car was already warmed and I was backing the car into the garage after being out.
  14. I was backing my 2008 Mercury Milan (120 miles on it) into the garage and got out to see how far I was from the wall. I smelled a rotten egg odor. It wasen't intense but I could smell it. I assume it's from the exhaust which are dual. Is this normal or do I have a problem? Thanks in advance.
