I have a 2012 Fusion with the 2.5 liter engine. How many quarts of transmission fluid is required on a drain and refill? Thanks for your help.

Hi, all. I have a 2012 Fusion SEL and It feels like I have a rotor that is warped. I looked on the rotors for the minimum thickness stamping and found none. I don't know if it is feasible to turn the rotors. I have measured the thickness but don't know what the minimum is. I have heard that the rotors are so close to the minimum from the factory that a lot of the time they cannot be surfaced. Has anyone found this to be true? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Would wheels from a 2012 Focus ST be compatible with a 2012 Fusion SEL? The focus wheels are 16" but I would be using them with winter tires. Thank you for your help.

I have a 2012 SEL with power seats. The passenger seat, even though it is powered, does not adjust for height. I believe that you will find that all 2012s are this way. I had the same issue and I took the car to an upholsterer and he removed the seat, added burlap to the base and installed some extra padding to the seat bottom. This solved the issue. Update. Took the car to an upholsterer and upon his recomendation, he removed the seat covering and wrapped the springs with burlap and added more padding to the back half of the seat bottom. He said that he has done this previously to seats that make you feel that you are sitting in a bucket (his words). The fix has worked and the wife is happy! Hope this helps others with the same problem.

Tirerack.com also will recommend a tire size for your particular wheel diameter to keep the wheel & tire combination close to the stock diameter.

I feel your pain! Bought a 2012 Fusion on the 13th of Dec. On Jan. 1, we couldn't avoid a cat that ran in front of us and to our dismay it cracked the front faschia and the lower grill. Ugh! Decided not to get it fixed until spring on the advise of the body man.

Hi, all. I have a 2012 Fusion. Owned it for a month and don't have a 'SYNC' manual. Can the bluetooth be turned off when the owner of the phone that it is paired with is a passenger in the vehicle and not driving? If so, how is this accomplished? Thank you for your help. Randy

jplnc, have you addressed this issue in any way. I purchased a 2012 with power seats and was not aware that the passenger seat was not adjustable for height. My wife is having the same issue, in that she would like to raise the back of the seat cushion. Do you know if 6-way power passenger seats were even available? And if so, able to be installed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Randy

Hello, new to the Ford Fusion Forum. Purchased a 2012 Fusion on Dec. 13. Unfortunately, on Jan. 1, a cat ran in front of us and we were unable to avoid it and it cracked the front bumper cover. I would like to know if someone could tell me what steps are involved in replacing it. I anticipate getting a new one painted and then replace the cracked one. Your help is greatly appreciated.
