The auxiliary power stays on even after the key off and locked. Some said it would go off after about 10 minutes. That's not the case. It stays on forever. Is this designed feature? Thanks for your reply.

hi, Ford Fusion SE Hybrid 2014 Accidently went over the curb and scratched the front bottom. Discovered this lower shield (the long plastic part that covers the bottom) got scratched and punctured. Once removed the lower shield, the real problem revealed. One corner of the metal part that the lower shield attached to was bent down. Now the shield wouldn't fit. I'd need to replace this part, and need your help identifying and finding the part. What is it called? If you know the part number, that'd be awesome. Thank you very in advance.
