I have a 2013 Fusion, Ecoboost, 6 speed manual. For about a year, the wrench symbol will pop up on the dash and the car will instantly be in limp mode, about once or twice a month. Completely random, usually occurs while driving at speed. As soon as the ignition is killed and restarted, everything is normal. Runs perfect, no MIL. Recently, this is happening much more often and the key off trick does not clear the problem all the time. And now the MIL has illuminated and remains on. The stored codes are PO007D, PO238 and P2135. These codes all appear to send me in different diagnostic directions. Has anyone had similar symptoms?

How do I release my parking brake without the key? Or if the battery is dead? I needed to "roll" my car a few feet, but didn't have my key with me. The parking brake would not release.
