If you have some technical skills, this job is easy. At first, you have to disconnect all connectors from SJB, then 2 nuts and then pull it out. Open plastic case and you will see the chip.

The same issue. Front turn signals not working, Passenger side allways on till battery empty, driver side comes on just one time when switching on the left turn signal. Rear turn signals blinks faster, and in dash comes on message check LF or RF turn signal bulb depending on what side you choose. For me worked replacing VND830SP chip in smart junction box, which does the job of blinker relay. One output of it was just shorted to the ground.
