Did anyone have any luck with this? I have a new 2014 with the same issue. But Ford it just giving me a big runaround and would really like to get this fixed before a cold Wisconsin winter.

I have a new 2014 Fusion Titanium 2.0 AWD. I have seen this post for 2013 but nothing on newer ones. On the instrument cluster there are options for climate control under the remote start menu. These options are grayed out and non-selectable. I now there is a TSB for 2013 and wondering if anyone else has had this problem and might have a fix to tell the dealer for a 2014. The vehicles build date was June 2014. It has factory installed remote start. I have taken it to my local ford dealer and after an hour they told me they have no idea. I have called ford and after a long call where they show the car with no options on there end they have no idea other than the dealer told them its not fixable and is not a problem because its not an option. If this was true than I am fine with it. But everything I see shows I should have these options available.
