I have a 2009 Ford Fusion SE v6 with a hyper tech econ, k&n intake filter with modified stock intake housing (no scoop or intake resonator), exhaust resonator delete and a strut tower bar. Im wanting to put a bigger programmer on but I'm scared the horsepower tune offered by SCT will be too much. Any clue on if it will be too much or do you know of a better programmer to use on these cars? thanks!

I did a resonator delete on my car with stock mufflers and I barely noticed a difference. I am in the process now of upgrading my exhaust to a single, chamber two muffler system. The best change in sound I've found so far for my car is a intake resonator delete plug from steeda performance. Hope this helps you out.

Has anyone installed an aftermarket exhaust on their fusion preferably a earlier model v6 I am debating on adding one to my car.

09 with a v6 3.0 I got 156xxx and runs like its brand new still.

Hey just wanted to say that I'm glad to find this forum I just got my first car I've been a truck guy for awhile, and always had fun tinkering on them. I never thought I'd be interested in fixing up a small sedan, but I have and look forward to tips and ideas.
