Hi all. Hope for some answers here. We just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion (I believe the titanium trim with nav, heated seats, digital tac, etc) and we already have a problem. We bought it used with 41k miles on it and the driver power seat is not working. It was definitely working at the dealership because I changed it when I drove it after my wife and she is my shorter than me, so it was definitely working. We got it home and the seat won't move at all. The passenger seat works, and I don't know where to start because I have never owned a vehicle with a power seat. In the menu on the settings, it has the "easy entry/exit" option, but it is greyed out so I cannot even select it. I don't know if this is the problem, but I hope it just didn't go bad within an hour. Thanks for any help you could provide! cchill209
