  1. letsgobuffalo12, If you're going to the dealer, I would have them re-calibrate the navigation system. You can always try a master reset, but it you're probably best at the dealer. To reset the system: http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/myford-touch/phone-setup/how-to-perform-a-master-reset.html?sync=my-ford-touch Cara
  2. Hi letsgobuffalo12, Do you have the MyFord Touch? If not, which system do you have: owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/all/setup/how-to-identify-your-sync-version.html I'd like to help! Shaay
  3. Tjay01, Do you see the Entertainment option at all? Cara
  4. Hey Brian2012, The text message feature for Androids must be turned on at the end of the pairing process when connecting the phone to Bluetooth. Once the phone is connected, watch your phone closely for a message to appear from SYNC. It will ask you to allow SYNC to access your messages. If this is not replied to as Yes, then it will automatically default to No. For more info on this feature, check out this link: https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/sync/using-your-phone/how-to-listen-and-reply-to-text-messages.html?sync=sync Keep me updated! 9. Hi satinder, Like akirby suggested, the dealer will be able to assist. You can also try a master reset to see if it's just a software glitch: https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-technology/myford-touch/settings/how-to-perform-a-master-reset.html Let me know if this helps! Shaay

  13. Hey kevmeist, The most up to date SD card that is out now is the A7, which was released a couple months ago. You can always inquire with HERE Maps regarding the differences between the cards.
