Well yes, but like two or three weeks later. The first time it didn't work I kept trying and then it suddenly came on. But that was the last time. So I have a feeling there is a sensor or switch inside the shifter or under the console. Even before I had the tune I have ghost warnings. I have a door ajar light from time to time but the digital display doesn't say "door ajar" and I have had and air bag warning light a few times.

So recently I have been unable to activate the sport mode on my transmission. I figure it is a sensor or switch issue, but I don't know for certain how this work. Is there a switch on the shifter that activates it or is it something on the transmission? The shift lever will move to the right like normal and move the the shift up and shift down positions. But those modes (sport & manual) never engage. Thanks

I have a 2010 Sport AWD and initially I was seeing 22-24 depending on driving. But now with the CAI, Exhaust, Tune, & throttle spacer I see 20 - 21

I appreciate your response, however I have already been down that road. Borla has discontinued the product so only someone with it in stock can sell it to me. Auto Accessories Garage told me on the phone "yeah, we have that." So I placed the order and paid for the item. Then they told me it would not ship until 3/1/16 and I questioned it. They said, "we are a drop shipper and the warehouse is empty." So they lied to me. After several other conversations it was determined that they cannot get it, and I am still waiting for my refund. So I am still looking and hoping. If I don't find one this month I will go with the Magnaflow.

Been trying to find a vendor that actually has one of these.

Does anyone know a company that has this in stock? It was discontinued and many places are happy to take my money only to tell me later that they don't have it. Based on Youtube Video's I like the sound better for this one. That is all.

So it doesn't appear these exist nor does a Y-Pipe. So I am wondering if anyone out there has access to the information necessary and tools to facilitate making a set of flanges so I can make my own.

Did TKTRAIN ever get his new Y-Pipe made and did it work out? I was just under my car and the comment about "smashed" pipe is clearly accurate. I am thinking that the benefits for the Borla or Magnaflow exhaust are minimize by the restriction of the factory Y-Pipe. Have there been any testing for the Y-Pipe restriction?

Another Question. Did any of you put this on an AWD car? And if you did, do you know if the dust shields from the MazdaSpeed 6 could be used as well. I get that some don't use them, but I am only interested to know if anyone has information on if they would work or not.

I know this was an old thread, and I didn't really see anyone talking about the year of their Fusion that they were putting this on. So, is this still an upgrade for a 2010 Sport? I see the caliper and brackets on ebay for about $40 a piece so it could be done much cheaper. Just trying to understand, sorrry for the newbie is style questions.

So can someone summarize this install with a part number list and the best source from what you have all learned? Also, can you use the MazdaSpeed 6 dust shields as well so that there is not bare rotor showing on the inside? Thanks Linc

I too am not a fan of the drive by wire throttle. I wish there was a way to change that back. The delay is nearly deadly at times.

Well it appears the leak is the outer seal so I am in for that repair soon. I topped off the fluid and was surprised to find that my fluid was still a golden brown color, not dark or black like others have found. I am going to add a drain plug when I do the seal repair. I know there are a bunch of forums out there with this repair already, any benefit to posting mine here when I get it done?

(Clean, no rust, like new) and the strikers that attach to the body for the same doors and the attaching screws. (Also Clean no rust like new) Lastly I need the red plastic cover for the positive battery cable. I have a 3.5L sport so I don't know if the 3.0 is the same or not.

I am a new owner of a 2010 Sport with 69k on it. I have discovered the smell and put the car on a lift to find the transfer case covered with lube just above the exhaust and shield. I have thoroughly cleaned the area and will monitor it over the next week to determine if I can find the source. But at this point I put 25 miles on after the clean and there were no signs of the leak.

I know this is an old thread, but it pertains to my concern / problem. I just purchased a 2010 Fusion Scout AWD and I have found a leak at the differential / transfer case that has been dripping onto the exhaust. The TSB listed above and on another forum cannot be followed because the links are dead. If this is a vent problem what is the solution? If this is a seal problem, what is the solution besides the obvious. I have 69k on the vehicle and I like it so far but I don't want this to get out of hand and cost me money. I have ordered the factory repair manuals but I don't have them yet. So I am looking for advice for repairs. Thanks in advance for your help.
