  1. The transmission range of the sensors is very short in order to avoid having the 4 or 5 sensors on your car interfering with each other.
  2. Your TPMS batteries may be at end of life and that is why the TPMS errors in cold weather but is okay when it warms up.
  3. If it is a key-start vehicle, the vehicle wiring can be found at https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/downloads.asp?srch=all&term=Ford+Fusion Since your kit includes the harness for the ignition switch, you will probably only need to provide connections for brake, dome, and hood pin switch.
  4. If there is a particular speed range band where the vibration is strongest, I would suspect a CV joint.
  5. If the dimming function is still working then you can rule out the fuse. The mirror communicates with the FDIM through MSCAN so it could be a bad connection at the mirror or the mirror electronics have quit.
  6. May not be a wheel bearing issue but more likely a CV joint since you say it is worse when turning. Make some tight low speed turns with the windows open and listen carefully.
  7. Since every time that a restart was successful the ignition key was removed and then replaced, I would suspect a bad ignition switch or its connector.

When the IPC glitches it is probably causing a communication error on MSCAN bus. Is it only the blower that stops or does the entire HVAC module turn off?

Isopropyl alcohol (70% or more) is a good choice for cleaning the contacts.
  10. The parking lamp is what illuminates when you open a door. The parking lamps fuse is F22 while it is F6 that is used by all the turn/stop lights. Each turn/stop bulb has a dedicated ground wire. So F22 & F6 must be good. The ground for the right turn/stop might be bad but then there would also be an issue with the right rear parking light. Are you sure that the right parking light is working consistenly? If the parking light is not working consistently, just run a new wire from the bulb socket BK-GY wire to a good ground point. The rapid blinking indicates that the SJB has detected insufficient current flowing to the bulb so the issue can be on the supply or ground side of the bulb. The supply side could be bad SJB driver, bad wiring (VT-OG), bad socket, bad/wrong bulb. Let us know about your progress.
  11. Are you saying that the brake light and the turn signal light are both not working? In that case, I would suspect a bad ground. btw Is this a right hand drive car as you mention passenger side and left turn?

    Another PCM?

The PCM coil drivers are damaged when there are bad coils.. As indicated above, replace ALL the coils before installing a replacement PCM.
  13. It is either the evap sensor or the HVAC controller that are causing the issue. Considering the low cost and ease of replacing the controller, I would do that before pulling out the dash to replace the sensor.
  14. The Steeda website makes no claims about power gains but certainly does clearly warn that the mods are illegal just about everywhere.
  15. Well sir, the purple wire would go to the BU/WH wire at the ignition switch 7-pin plug (Pin 7) I assume that you already know how to defeat PATS.
  16. We would need some more details and definition of the problem to help Is this a new RS installation? What are the details on the RS (brand/model etc)?

Remove the cluster. Examine the connector contacts for corrosion. Possibly just removing the connector and reconnecting it several times will resolve any intermittent contact issue.
  18. What indication was there that the 3 fuel pumps had failed? What symptoms were being experienced? Who did the diagnosis?
  19. When the problem occurs, unplug the connector for the dash trunk release switch. If it continues with the switch disconnect it could be a bad trunk release relay in the BCM or the BCM electronics. Have you tried moving ALL your fobs out of range when this happens? Let us know what you find.
  20. Driver side temperature sensor or the HVAC controller.
  21. Do you have an aftermarket remote start , keyless entry system, or alarm system installed?
