  1. Then you must have broken one of the ABS sensors or wiring.
  2. Sit in the back (not on the seat) and see if it still does it. I may be the electronics waking up because the OCS is detecting an occupant.
  3. Have you checked for 12V at the camera connector when the vehicle is in reverse gear?
  4. March 1, 2018 - kind of old news on the ticker.
  5. APIM and communication sync module or terms for the same module. The vehicle in the video is a Focus.
  6. Did you bleed the air? That is very important.
  7. If your replacement APIM came out of a vehicle that wasn't equipped exactly like your own, you will need to program the APIM using FORScan.
  8. Good that you found and fixed your squeak. The sarcastic response to Oracle_Ed seems unnecessary though as you didn't provide any detail in your post about the nature/frequency of your "squeak" that would be useful to anyone on the forum to provide an educated guess.
  9. If the bent rim is due to an impact from the side (instead of pothole damage), that could definitely damage wheel bearings, CV joints, or the transmission.
  10. I suggest you obtain details from the dealer about the undeclared collision that caused the bend wheel and popped out fog light. A side impact that bends a wheel can easily have damaged the CV joints, wheel bearing, or the transmission. Check for signs of fluid leakage where the shaft enters the transmission. Replace the bent wheel right away (2000 miles of driving on a bent wheel is not good) and have the alignment corrected.
  11. The camera in your eBay link should work fine. I have used cheap cameras in my diy parking camera installs and have found them to be equal to the OEM cameras (actually sometimes better). The only advice I have when using them is to make sure to silicone seal the cable entry into the camera housing.
  12. What are you wanting to use as a monitor screen for your backup camera?
  13. Do you hear the noise from both sides? Are you sure that it is actually a noise from the struts? Does the shop that replaced the struts agree that it is a strut issue?
  14. You can drive without a sync module but if you are going to get a new one anyway, why not wait for the new one to arrive before returning the one from your car?
  15. Motomaster is a better choice than Monroe. Did you replace all the fasteners when you replaced the struts?
  16. As Multitask suggested, it could be a bad camera or your new APIM. Why don't you try your old APIM to see if the camera works?
  17. The AM/FM antenna and the SiriusXM antenna plugs at the back of the audio control module or distinctly shaped. You won't have any difficulty determining which one to use for your new SiriusXM antenna.
  18. You can get the antennas on Amazon. https://www.amazon.ca/Sirius-Interoperable-Magnetic-Satellite-Antenna/dp/B01H5D0I1A/ref=asc_df_B01H5D0I1A/?tag=googleshopc0c-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=335446326166&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=4935534868702619004&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9000591&hvtargid=pla-570357881701&psc=1 Removing the radio module is relatively easy. Get yourself some plastic panel removal tools.
  19. I am not clear about what you mean by two different colours. Is there a colour difference between the cup holders or do you mean that each RGB LED has 2 or 3 of the individual colours being illuminated at the same time (i.e. not a "pure" red, green, or blue)?
  20. We would need more details. Brand and model of "touchscreen"; what audio/nav system do you have currently, etc.
  21. My interpretation is that if there is no heat because of an FCIM software issue when the Ford RS is used, then it is likely that there won't be heat when using a non-Ford RS. If you follow the link in Lukifer's post you will see that the vendor has actually included a link to the TSB at the bottom of the page - under "Resources". I take it to be a disclaimer if the product doesn't work when that system is installed in an affected vehicle.
  22. Possibly the blower motor resistor or the connector/wiring for the resistor are overheating ( Look for burned wires or contacts - just follow the wires from the blower motor itself.
  23. The TSB states that some 2013/2014 Fusions need some reprogramming in order for the HVAC to supply heat when the car is remote started. Maybe this applies to your car. 2013_2014_Fusion_Climate.pdf
  24. Look for a label that says "Reflash". If you look closely, you will notice that this label has been applied over the original. If you purchase from recycler LKQ, they will refund you for defective units. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2006-2009-Ford-Fusion-Automatic-Temperature-Control-OEM-LKQ-/192881851204?vxp=mtr&hash=item2ce8a77b44
