Hi Meagan, I did have called them and they told me that this is something that dealers service should do. They just import cars and sell them to dealers. So there's a missing loop here, because the dealer does not know how to handle these issues, and Ford says the dealers should solve it. But dealers are not having too much information about the car because it's too new.... Is there a bulletin or communication or person of contact who can explain how this was fixed to other cars ?

Hi all, I think i do have the same problem, altough to me sounds like coming from the central console. Here is a video i made : I've taken my car to the dealership, and they just greased it with WD40 or something similar. However the problem is still there: when entering the car or getting out, or when slightly breaking or accelerating. Is this the same sound you were experiencing ? Thanks !

I have the same noise in exactly same place from 10 km in my car as well. Hoped that during with time it will suppress but it is still there, and even more annoying. My car was built on 21.04.2015. When was yours built rollo67 ?

I have the same problem, and i am not sure which one is accurate ? The speedo or the cruise control ? Also, as you progress with higher speeds the delay is even bigger. Ford should release an update to fix this !
