I'm at 92,000 miles on my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport AWD and was planning on changing my spark plugs and the fluids. I have a friend who's a mechanic that I'd like to have do the work. He doesn't have a lift though and so I was wondering if that would make it impossible to change the transmission fluid? Any info would be appreciated. Also, any recommendations on spark plugs? I used to use Bosch Platinum Plus 4 back when I was in high school (auto parts store guy recomended) which felt like they gave me more power/milage, but I was a kid. Probably all in my head.
