So I have a loud humming at all times, speeds up and slows down with car speed. Have extended warranty, took it to dealer. Told me the wheel bearing was going bad but since there is no play the extended warranty company wouldn't pay for it. This humming is really annoying. Some decent vibration too. Is it safe to drive on if the steering is fine? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah my SYNC software is up to date. I will try a master reset but not hopeful. Will take it in later this week I think.

Sorry! 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE

I couldn't find this topic anywhere so I was hoping to get some help. Maybe even from a Ford rep. The last few weeks, on an almost constant basis, I have been getting an error that pops up "Navigation SD Card Fault". I've attached a picture of it. After the error, Navigation is unusable. Not sure why it happens. I speculate it is overheating because it has been hot here the last two weeks but today it was 75 on my drive home and happened. When I pop the card out it is always fairly warm though. If I hold it in front of AC vent and cool it down it works longer than if I just pop it in and pop it out. I don't want to bring it to the dealer because it is painful to just think of dealing with them and trying to explain what's happening without them seeing it. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Musfang, As I was refilling my 2016 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid, I noticed this exact same thing - front of the hood misaligned. Hadn't noticed it before. So I did a search and came across your posting. Did the dealer repair it? Did it resolve the issue? Thanks for the help.
