2013 Fusion - Fuel Tank Filling Issues?

How have you been able to convince the service managers to take your vehicle and treat this as an issue. I have called several in my area, Denver, and no one calls me back after checking on it. I have even had one say they were ordering me parts, only to never call me back. The service by Ford in my area has been very poor. I have 1 month left of Warranty and I have a copy of the TSB that my car fits.
