  1. For anyone else who may be looking for this: It ended up being a defective front strut (passenger side). Replaced it under warranty and problem gone.
  2. So did you actually jack it up and wiggle the tire? If you can wobble the tire like that and it has significant move that is most likely a wheel bearing. Not good news! Mine started out really subdued like you mention. But now I hear it on every little tiny bump I hit. It's gotten pretty bad so I'm scheduling a service check-up. I have to drive quite a way to get to my dealership so I've been post-poning. Although you mention they did something with the shock so I'll bet it's an upper shock absorber bushing. That would make sense. I had a Jeep Cherokee that the upper bushing somehow wiggled out and it was a similar sound but much louder. Maybe the quieter attribute of the car makes it sound less like that. This thing is less than 3 months in my garage though! They better fix it for free. If you can find the part number that would be great.
  3. Ok 2015 Fusion owners.... I've searched high and low for this and can't find anyone with the same issue. I picked up my Fusion in July band new and within a month I started to get this subtle "clunk" in the front right wheel. It has progressively gotten worse. The best way to describe it is like a hollow thumping or clunking sound and I keep thinking maybe it's a bad bushing or ball bearing. I haven't had a chance to crawl under and check (condo life... no where to do maintenance) so I'm hoping someone has any idea. I'm going to take it to the dealer as soon as I get a chance but have not been able to get there yet. This thing is practically brand new and I'm starting to get worried my wheel is going to fall off! Ideas?
