  1. How would I know for sure if I'm using the factory code? I lost the card that had the code on it. I did the trick that it states in the owners manual about how to retrieve the code using both of the keys and it will display the code, I also looking under the panel by the fuse box area, I'm using the code that I found and that it gave me both match. I can get it to lock the doors, and Ive only been able to get it to unlock the doors 1times. A friend of mine who also has a Ford Fusion tried showing me and they couldn't get it to work either.
  2. Ok. It just worried me that it came on and in the owner manual states about lost of power or transmission problem. But it drives fine and it havent been back on since that day so about two weeks now
  3. I wss driving at about 75miles per hour the wrench light came on well I wasnt able to pull over becsuse it was late at night on a dark street but after about 5mins of driving the light just went off and haven't been back on since. Why did the light come on?
  4. Hello, I have a 2013 Ford Fusion and the keypad isn't working as designed. When I first tried to use it it unlock the doors 1 time and now I try to use it to unlock the doors it does nothing, I can use it to lock the doors but it won't unlock the doors it won't open the truck or anything else. What could be the problem here? And the sad part is the car is no longer under warranty it has 51,800 miles on it.
  5. I have a 2013 Ford Fusion it has 50,400 miles on it. I love the car but I'm starting to think it's the worst mistake I've ever made getting.(not the first issue ive had first was shocks) I mean yes it might have a lot of miles on it,but cars are meant to be driven. I did not purchase the extended warranty cause I thought I just might be lucky, but I guess I was wrong. Anyway to get to my issue. Whenever I'm driving and hit the smallest bump in the road or pothole or broken concrete where the road is broken it sounds like the hole was hit at a high speed and it hits really hard. I've tried googling this but not finding much. Other then maybe wheel bearings, ball joints. It just sounds so bad when it hit sounds like its tearing something up. Any suggestions? Thanks.
  6. I had set up an appointment with Paul Miller Ford, the appointment date is Dec 3,2015(first available date i will be free and off work and with the hoilday)at 8am, my current mileage is 44604.
  7. Hello, Thank you for your response. however, I am aware you can't adjust the climate control settings while in remote start, when i turn the ignition on to make changes everything is still grayed out. I'm not able to adjust the climate control at all. When i turn on the car using the key, i go into settings, my vehicle, remote start, climate control and this where everything is grayed out at nothing can be selected the only think i can change it reaf defrost.
  8. I read thru other posts, but I'm having a hard time figuring out whats the issue. I am not able to make changes to my climate control settings in remote start. Everything is grayed out. Why is this like this? It worked fine doing the summer, but I changed it to heat settings once and now Im trying to change it again but everything is grayed out. What's wrong here? 2013 ford fusion se
  9. So what actually worked here? I'm having this issue as of today for the very first time. What do I tell the dealer to check/fix?
