No specific tire recommendation but with less snow I would be more concerned with the ice handling properties of the tire. Even on dry roads once the temp is 8° Celsius or lower winter tires have better grip. But you probably know that since you are shopping for tires. Im in Toronto and I always just buy top end Michelin at Costco for summer/winter on both of our vehicles.

If you do some research you will find recommendations to downsize for winter driving. Typically the recommendation is to downsize to the base model size.
