I just did the same thing this past weekend. for future reference, I was able to obtain the sleeve from Mazda dealer. remember, the front sleeve and rear sleeve on the knuckle are different part numbers. I have a 2008 fusion. the part I obtained was from a 2008 mazda 6. ford does not offer these sleeves unless you purchase a complete steering knuckle which is approx $300
