I also did as Jersey suggested - worked out great. I ended up getting the part from arrow.com BMS3650L-LF BESTAR TECHNOLOGIES for $17 Speakers Neodymium Iron Boron 79dBA 50 I tried to reuse the fasteners, but just couldn't get them back in the right spot, but the new speaker came with a piece of double sided tape and that worked out fine. I took a few photos in case they help anyone - though I found my phone likes to make pictures pink in low light conditions link to images
