    I'm looking to replace our 2013 Fusion SE with a newer model and I'd like it to have Sync 3. Is there a way to tell just from pictures on the Internet without having to examine the car in-person? Manufacture date, maybe? Thanks. Mike Fields

    Does anyone know of a source for the little black plastic latch that holds the sunglasses holder closed? This is for a 2013 model year. Of course, the dealer wants several hundred dollars for the whole overhead console, but that's not happening. Thanks. Mike Fields

    I was in a wreck recently and the front bumper cover had to be replaced. When I got the car back, I noticed that the hole in the "d" in "Ford" was empty (see picture). I assume it's supposed to be filled with blue like the rest of the emblem. Mike Fields

    My back pain has gone away, but I still feel like I'm sunken into the seat. At the local dealership the other day, I sat in a brand new Fusion and the difference in that car's seat and mine is quite noticeable. The new car seat's back and bottom are much firmer and flatter than mine. I suspect that the previous owner is fairly large and heavy and is the reason why my seat is sunken in. Mike Fields

    If the center dash air vents are pointed up, the air will blow on the microphone. I angled the vents down until they were blowing horizontally and that eliminated the noise on the other person's end. Mike Fields

    Same here. We got a 2013 SE 2.5 with power driver's seat about a month ago, 68,000 miles on it. My back starts hurting really bad about 10 minutes into driving. The seat feels sunken in, like I'm sitting in a bowl. I'm 5 foot 6 inches and 155 pounds. Like you, I've tried adjusting it every way it'll adjust, but nothing helps. Does anyone here know if later models use this same seat? Thanks. Mike Fields
