I can hear a difference when it stops blowing cold and starts blowing hot. I turned the temperature all the way hot for about a minute, then all the way to cold. It will blow cold for like 30 seconds then go back hot. That's when I hear a difference in the sound. Make sense?

Ok...replaced the blender door and no change. It blew cold for a minute, then went hot. I did notice another blender door above the one I replaced. I guess it couldn't be the issue... And unfortunately I can't get to from underneath.

Thanks for the reply. I assume it would be best to go through the stereo to get to it? Or from under? I couldn't find any info on the best way to access it.

I would like to know if the blending door is in the same location on a 2010 Fusion Sport as you have stated above.
