Oil Change. How often do YOU do it?

I have a a 2013 Fusion Titainum 2.0 ecoboost AWD i have about 81,000 kms (not sure what that would be in miles) and i change my oil every 5,000 kms and i only use FULL Synthetic oil. all my services get done at my dealership
