  1. Hey everyone, 2009 mercury milan. It started blowing warm air suddenly, i tried to add refrigerant the system wouldn't take any and the pressure reading on the guage was high. I replaced the ac cycle switch did not fix the problem, i checked for clutch engagement and compressor function by jumping the clutch relay, it all works and blows cold air while the jumper is in place. I drained the system and refilled it with the relay jumped. It took the refrigerant and was blowing cold so I removed the jumper, still blows hot. Drained it again and replaced the txv (thermostatic expansion valve) did the same procedure as before, took all the refrigerant but it still blows hot. I've checked electrical connections, voltage, belt tension (its a new belt) everything is in working order. Help me please. Thank you have a nice day
  2. Yeah, the fusion is my wife's car, the loose bolts were not the ORIGINAL cause of the clunking when i started changing stuff last year. The items i replaced needed replacing anyway, and the second replacement was done under warranty. I don't want to spend the $10 on something as i said that may or may not contain the diagram i am looking for. I am leary because i haven't been able to find anything so far that is specific to what i am looking for. Thank you for looking for pin-outs.
  3. not unless i buy an amp or something from them, or i pay $10 for a master sheet. I don't want to sound cheap, but i don't even know if the diagram i pay for will have what i am looking for.
  4. I already checked with them, i love crutchfield they are amazing, but no help this time
  5. *update* I rechecked all the nuts, bolts and various fittings after work last night. Turns out the nuts on the 3 bolts that hold the upper strut mount in place worked themselves loose. Problem solved... For now
  6. Hello all. I have a 2009 mercury milan Premier with 8 speakers and a factory amp. I have replaced the stock HU with an aftermarket one Pioneer AVH4100NEX, i have also replaced the two rear deck 6x9 speakers with pioneer ones. I've added a Pioneer amp and Sub, everything works great however, i no longer have control of the factory amp so i am installing another one, nothing big, just something to control the 6x9's in the deck. I want to retain the factory wire harness that goes to that amp but don't know what wire does what. Anything i see on the internet as far as wire diagrams go does not include the diagram going to the factory amp. I know which plug is for the speaker out put and which is the power, and i have a vague idea which wire is the accessory wire for the factory amp. Anyone have any ideas where i can get the correct diagram from? Or if you have one atleast let me know which wire is which before i blow something other than a fuse. Thanks.
  7. Hey guys, 08 ford fusion 5-speed. In the last year, i have replaced both front struts (twice), both sway bar links (twice) and the outer tie rods. I also replaced the strut mounts with brand new units both times. I put monroe sensa tracs on the first time and started to get a "clunking" noise, i took it to get an inspection where i was told everything is tight and that it is the nature of the Monroe struts. I did some research and found that KYB struts are OEM so after some time and gradual increase to the "clunking" noise, i installed KYB struts. Both times i replaced the sway bar links for good measure. Now that i have the KYB struts it was nice and quiet for almost 2 weeks, now i get a "rattle" noise without a lot of suspension travel, just a small bumb at low speed all the way up to faster speeds, same "rattle" I took it again this morning for an inspection and was told that everything is tight. I have physically checked every bolt, bushing and component in the front end and am now at a loss... Any and all help would be substantially appreciated. Thanks
