Mine in on mode (engine not running) tank fills with no problem. But that doesn't make it right. I feel there is a problem.

My last two fills have been with the engine running and both times it filled until final click off when full.

Mine has taken 15 to 19 click offs in the last to fills. I'm going to print our your post and present it to the next dealer

Last dealer I had it to they said no problem found. But since that dealer I have filled twice with no problem. I can only hope they did something that helped. I will continue to log the fills. I appreciate the input.

Depends where I am when I can part with the car for time needed to check it out. I'll post after I have another dealer check it.

I am logging every fill for my records. I did get one fill that only shut the pump off twice. That's the best so far. It was a nozzle that didn't have one of those spring type things wound around the nozzle.

Second concern, dealer tells me is no problem found. 2017 Fusion. At about 41 or 42 MPH and light acceleration I can hear and feel a light rumble and vibration in the seat & steering wheel. Any others experiencing this???

Just a up date. Haven't had a chance to get it in to another dealer yet. But still can't get a clean fill. I have talked to a couple 2017 owners that are having close to the same problem I am. But then again I've found others that only are having slight problems filling. I'll update this post as i learn more.

Yes I will try another Ford dealer once I get the gas tank near empty again in a few days.

I have gassed up at 4 different stations so far.

I have filled about 4 times since new and even the slowest fill I can get from the pump keeps shutting the nozzle off. I have tried several positions and no change.

I have a 2017 Fusion, bought 2 weeks ago. I have a problem filling with gas. It will take usually less than a gallon then the nozzle shuts off. Squeeze the nozzle handle and get maybe a few 10s and it kicks off again. Today it shut off 15 times and I still ended up with only 3/4 tank full.Its been back to the dealer and no problem found. Question is are any other 2017 owners having this problem???
