I was moving, I watched her make a right hand turn I thought, looked left still no traffic and my god she was still just at the edge of the corner. I hit her trailer hitch at what, 5 km or less turning from a light?

Also my seatbelt is now locked. Can anyone tell me how to unlock it?

Hi, Today I was making a right hand turn at a light watching the lady in front of me to turn. I was looking at the traffic coming from the left of her and there was none and watched her what I thought was make her right turn, at the same time I return my view to traffic at left as I have moved forward to make the right turn. Everything is clear, hit the gas proceed, and bam, rear end her. My point. There was almost no damage to my car, my license plate was taken out by her trailer hitch, and some very minimal passenger quarter panel damage. My driver side airbag deployed...Why? We we were not moving, and why not the passenger side, since that is wear the little bit of damage was done. I got a pretty damn strong hit in the chest and stomach with stinging.
