  1. I found it. Let me try and explain. The door panels bolt in with 4 screws, however, where the panel hooks over the door frame at the window, it doesn't secure to anything. It just sits there, ticking. My rear passenger door was doing this. I took the soft side of Velcro with adhesive backing, made a few strips and placed them up and over the door part nearest the window. I then took a longer strip of Velcro and lined the inner part of the panel that aligns with the door that I just lined out with smaller strips. Ticking gone. I hope this helps.
  2. Looks good! I want to do this to my 16 white fusion. I have gloss black rims, so it should look pretty slick. I also want to gloss black the grill and wrap it to appear like one large grill.
  3. Hello, I have a 2016 Ford Fusion SE W/ Ecoboost. I have had the vehicle back numerous times for interior noises. I have been told they were fixed, or on most occasions, could not be replicated. I have identified a rattle in the headliner where the center panel lights are located. I also have stressing sounds and cracking coming from the center console around the shifter and a fast vibration in both front doors that seem to be the door panel padding at the window. But what I cannot seem to identify is a weird rubbing sound coming from between the front and rear doors on both sides. Its almost like the sound of leather on leather. It only occurs at low speeds. I am dropping the car off at the dealer for an entire week. I would like to point them in the right direction as it is frustrating to have to keep going back. Thanks
