I have the same exact issue, Hello y'all new to the forum... I have a 2012 Fusion SE 2.5 and this happens all the damn time.. I took it into a ford dealer and the tech guy told me he could not find anything wrong with the ac system, charged me 158.00 and sent me on my say. The AC will blow fine then all of a sudden HOT heater air. this will last for about 15 mins and then go back to AC cold air. So the issue is the blended door actuator???????
