No, it has female connections.

The Fuse #10 (20 amp) from page 236 of the manual blew on my Fusion. It is described as a "M-type fuse" in the notes after the fuse table. I went to six local auto parts stores and no one has it. The dealer has to order it and the cost is almost $25.00. For a fuse???? Anyone know where else I can get this?
