    Hello, I am the proud new owner of a 2017 Fusion SE Magnetic. Love it! I noticed that the rear license plate frame has two (what I would call) rubber bumpers over where the bottom two plate/frame holes are. Can anyone tell me if they can be removed and allow license plate screws to be utilized? If so, any special instructions to do this? Thank you!
