  1. I actually did this and left the positive cable off for over an hour. No difference.
  2. I have removed the fuse for about 4 minutes and the radio presets are now erased, however it has had no effect on the phone portion of my Sync, which isn't responding at all. I'm stumped, as it randomly works, but with no predictable pattern. Did I not leave it out long enough? Should I have started the car while it was out?
  3. I had done so, but I was looking for Sync, not radio.
  4. Hello, I'm new here, as this past Sunday I bought a used 2015 Fusion SE. So far, aside from the weird Sync issue, which I didn't have in my 2013 Focus, I really like the car. I know I'm bringing this thread back from the dead, but if hate to start a new thread for an old issue. I'm looking for clarification on which fuse should be pulled as well as all about the procedure, ie, should the vehicle be turned off, pull fuse, let it sit, etc... I all because I've read a couple of procedures which varied in their methods. I've also read it is fuse number 32, so I just want to clarify. Thanks for your help.
