So the deal is there's this little tiny motor sound coming from the steering column. It only happens when the hvac is turned on, I disconnected the blower motor because that seems to be an issue and it still made the noise with no blower motor attached. If I turn the hvac system on the noise happens and when I turn it off it goes away. It almost sounds like a second blower motor somewhere in the dash near the drivers side or on the steering column. Any help I'd appreciate. Thanks in advance.
