For lack of a better term, my Fusion is farting

Did anyone find out the solution to this? i have a 2015 with 50K. Wont start after filled up with gas. Now is making that farting noise and stalling when going down the road. Reads code P1450. Dealer says purge valve but that the purge valve is actually some hoses. And of course not covered under power train or emissions warranty??? Thanks brad
