  1. P.S. Also used Forscan to self test the FCIM and Touchscreen. They are fine.
  2. I now have time to try fixing them. I never get easy problems to fix. Condition: - Driver and passenger seat fans and heaters not working. - The touchscreen controls for heat and cooling fan cycle normally with pretty lights Diagnosis to date: - All fuses etc are fine - Checked under seat wire harnesses on both sides for damage. They are fine. - Checked the Seat Heat/Cool module under the Passenger seat. No burnt connector or wires. - Ran Forscan. Can see all data buses. Only see Drivers Seat Module (controls memory and seat positioning) - Forscan shows no DTCs for Driver Seat Module or anything else serious. Ran Drivers Seat Module check for grins and its fine - I do not see the Heat / Cool module under the passenger seat. Not sure if the module is supposed to be...or can be seen...in Forscan - I swapped out the Heat / Cool module with a part that was supposed to be compatible but not the same exact part number. Didn't work. - Now I'm going back into the passenger side Heat Cool module cable with my Fluke to see if its getting power to the module and checking ground and ground resistance (I am plagued with bad electrical grounds living near salt water) - If that checks good, I will do a Bill Gates reset on the whole damn car and see of the problem clears before I piss away $200.00 at the dealer for an exact part number module Anyone else been this far into this problem? Thanks! Will update this with what i find. My Motto - "Never Let The Machines Win"
  3. Do you have any more information on the front seats climate control module? Where its located, how to get codes? Thanks
  4. All, My Wife's 2014 Fusion seat cooling fans on the driver and passenger side seats no longer come on when selected on the Synch Touchscreen. On the Synch screen, the 3 blue bars for AC can be changed when touching the screen. Both buttons respond normally on the screen but neither seat fan comes on . 1. I have checked the correct fuses under the hood and the fuses in the underneath bottom section of the fuse panel. (horrible fuse box design) 2. Using a good Fluke brand voltmeter and 12 volt battery, I have checked seat fan relay operation on both relays, and continuity of the contacts. These are the correct relays in the fuse box under the hood. 3. I have checked all connectors under both seats. They are all connected. 4. I did a master reset on the Synch system and it did not fix it. She did have something under the drivers seat that caused two connector mounts to come off the metal bracket but the electrical portion of the connectors were still together. I pushed them them back on and didn't see any apparent damage to the cabling. She is about to take a very long trip and would like to have the fans. Naturally, I have been tasked to fix the car versus changing the impellers on the boat I've been waiting to do all summer. Any ideas???? Thanks a million!
