Try resetting your actuator door. turn everything in the AC/heat stack in the off position, disconnect your negative battery terminal and let it sit for a half hour (just to be safe on the time frame) then reconnect the terminal and start the car but DONT TOUCH anything to do the AC/Heater for ten minutes (once again cant remember exactly, but to be safe) and it should zero out/center the blend door. It worked for my problem of having cold on driver side and hot on the passenger side
