  1. If you mean the Master Reset, yes I've actually tried that several times. Thanks
  2. Hmm, I cannot pair any other phone but I have not tried to pair some other Bluetooth device, e.g. music source.
  3. It's SYNC 2 3.10.16180 The other car can't be an issue because it's a few hundred miles away. Thanks
  4. No, it doesn't disconnect.....it never connects in the first place. The SYNC system does not appear as a connectable device. Latest SYNC software: EA5T-14D544-BA My phone is a Samsung SM-S327VL but like I said it connects like a champ to my Escape having the same version of SYNC.
  5. I've tried every method I've read about how to reset and sync my phone including spending time on Ford's help phone call. That resulted in the recommendation that I take my car in to the dealer. My question is that is there any chance that the solution may be something other than replacing the SYNC module? BTW, I know my phone is good because it syncs with my 2015 Escape having the same SYNC version. If I hear I need to replace the SYNC module I may just buy a visor clipped Bluetooth device from Amazon. Thanks, Mike
  6. I just took my 2015 Fusion in to have the tires rotated ( at 50k) and they called me to come out and see the brake pads. The front pads look great and have many miles left on them but the rear pads are very thin. I thought the rear brakes should out live the front and wonder if the electric parking brake could have an issue causing this excessive wear. Any thought on this?
