I've tried every method I've read about how to reset and sync my phone including spending time on Ford's help phone call. That resulted in the recommendation that I take my car in to the dealer. My question is that is there any chance that the solution may be something other than replacing the SYNC module? BTW, I know my phone is good because it syncs with my 2015 Escape having the same SYNC version.
If I hear I need to replace the SYNC module I may just buy a visor clipped Bluetooth device from Amazon.
