I have a 2016 ford fusion titanium with the 300A package. I have heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. For some reason on the MyTouch Screen/APIM, I am wondering why the Heated Seats are showing on the digital touch screen under the climate sector in the bottom right corner but no cooled seats or heated steering wheel?? Its like the the options were added but the APIM was programmed wrong. Was wondering if this was normal for them to be setup like this when every other Fusion Titanium i looked at has the digital touch buttons for this. The only time the heated steering wheel works is during the remote start session and then it doesnt work once the car is started and I should be able to turn it on and off at my leisure. What gives? Anyone with info please help. I spoke with my ford dealer and they were puzzled to as to why it was missing and the APIM was not programmed right it seems. I have the hard push buttons on the center console but not the digital buttons. It's time to get this wrong righted.
