my car is the 201 sel with the sport package.. can i change to 17's and put some winter rims on the car?

for 6 months the power steering now code has came and went on the car... i have replaced the rack n pinion twice.. so its not that... is there anything else it could be.. i heard it may be the ecm or the battery?

took it to the garage. got it reprogrammed.. and it only lasted a day... light is no again and power steering is gone again

replaced the rack n pinion and after a month boom.. light is back on and the car has no power steering.. the car was recently undercoated

im not sure if the mechanic checked it or not but we changed the Rack and the light went off.. but now its back on and power steering is gone again!

looking for a rack with the epas system on it . thanks.

on a 2010 fusion the dealership told me i would have to replace the full rack and pinion in the car, i hope there is another alternative.
