Well i have tried entering the number slow and quick but either way I enter the 5 digit number nothing happens. But I can lock all for doors when I get out of car by pressing the last 2 sets of numbers on the keypad.

Hello everyone, So I just purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion SE ecoboost about 2 months ago and I absolutely love my car! I do have a issue with using my keyless entry though. The day I purchased my vehicle the car salesman gave me 2 keys and the keyless entry code, I didn’t attempt to use the keyless entry until about a month ago and it did not work. So i called the dealer to see if he had given me the correct code, He explained to me how I can retrieve the factory set code with both of my keys and I do get a factory set code but it does not work. I know the keypad works bc it does lock my doors when I hit the last 2 sets of numbers but that is all. Does anyone know if I’m doing something wrong when I input the code? It’s a great feature and I’d love to utilize this feature. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to properly use the keypad? Thank you in advance!!

Hello, im having issues with my usb not working. Some times it charges my phone depending on different usb cords but it does not detect my usb flash drive when I try to udate my sync software. I’ve read online that if you remove the fuse for sync and put it back in the USB port will Work just fine. My problem is that I cannot locate the correct fuse. Does anyone know which fuse it is? It’s a 2013 Ford Fusion se. any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
