  1. 2015 Ford Fusion, 1.5L Engine Vehicle has 115k miles. Getting ready to do a coolant flush and change using motorcraft products. I found a coolant flush and change procedure online. Please see video link below. I have a question about getting the correct mix/ratio when I go to do the refill. The person in the video correctly points out that parts of the cooling system, specifically the cylinder block still have water in it, and to equal this out, he does a fill of about 60-70% coolant and 30-40% distilled water which would get him to a final ratio of 50/50 once everything is mixed. My question is how much water is still in the cooling system? Should I do 60/40 or 70/30 when I go to do the refill (to get the final mix of 50/50). It just seems like being off by 10% could be a lot. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. How To Perform A Coolant Flush On Your Ford Vehicle
  2. Replacing the front strut on my 2015 Ford Fusion 1.5L Can someone provide the torque specs for the different bolts that I need to remove? Photo below shows the two bolts that connect the strut to the vehicle. There is also one bolt that brake line runs through. Need to torque specs for these. Photo below shows the bolt that connects the sway bar end link to the strut. Need torque spec for this.
  3. See video for sound. I would describe it as a squeak and rattle sound. It sounds like it's coming from the front end. I jacked the car and loaded the suspension and checked the tire side-side and top-bottom. Everything feels tight. I'm not sure what's causing this. Looking for some direction. I did replace the front struts last year. The shop used cheaper aftermarket struts. 2015 Ford Fusion 1.5L 114K Miles
  4. 2015 Ford Fusion 1.5L 4 Cylinder Car is making a chirping sound when driving and when I am at a complete stop. I'm guessing its a belt problem. I've attached a video, so you can hear the sound. Any help would be appreciated. IMG_1165 (1).mov
  5. I appreciate all the replies. Yes its push to start. Its a 1.5L engine. It has almost 45k miles, so its just outside the warranty. The problem reappeared twice today. This problem has happened four times in the last three days. Again its the same scenario. I'll start the car. Drive for less than one minute. My speed gets up to around 10-20mph. The car stalls and that full accessory power active message appears. I scheduled an appointment with a Ford Dealer. They will look at on Wednesday.
  6. My 2015 Ford Fusion has stalled twice in the last two days. Each time it has been shortly after starting up and driving the car. I would drive for a roughly one minute and the car would get up to about 15-30mph before the car stalls. I get a message that says "full accessory power active" What is causing this problem? Is this known warranty problem? Can this happen when driving on the freeway at high speeds?
