Can anyone provide the torque specs for the plugs on a 2012 2.5L? Thanks in advance.

I'm replacing a front fender on my 2012 Fusion, and wanted to find out if what foam spray product can be used to seal the soft fender pack that anchors the rear of the fender to the frame. Is the type of foam used to seal cracks and voids around the house acceptable for this use or should one with a specific auto application be used? Thanks.
