  1. Going to look at a 16 fusion se with only 6500 miles. 2.5L With low miles like that we know it has sat around. Anything I should be concerned about? With the Engine internals and transmission? I understand the basics like tires, hoses, battery, ect.
  2. Tires are Yokohama yk580. All match with about 3000 miles on them now
  3. This is actually my sons car. He bought it late November from a small car dealer. Its a clean car with. That dealer put the tires on it. There a Yokohama all I remember. I am sure There no top of the line tire. So just wondering winter/snow traction was an issue with these. Or if we should look at a better all season tire before next winter. Better yet maybe a set of snow tires.
  4. Ok thanks for the info. Guess I better keep looking.
  5. 2010 fusion sel. Has new tires they where just put on right before I bought it. A inch of snow I cannot go anywhere traction is not very good. Is this a fusion trait? Could anyone tell me if this rim and tires would fit? Set of 4 Blizzak snow tires on 17 inch wheels. These are great tires to make your winter driving safer and easier. Used for one winter then we sold the car. We used them on a 2008 Ford Taurus X. Tire size is 215/65R17 Bolt pattern for wheels is 5x114. Google your car make and model to determine your bolt pattern if you don't know it. https://m.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2148898282092498/?search_query=Ford snow tires
  6. The hose starts on the back of valve cover. Driver side then runs to the air intake. Had water/condensation in it. Yes there is that milky white look. I ended up taking it to a ford dealer. The tech said the oil separator and pcv is all one piece on this 2.5. When they changed it there was also a cracked hose coming off the oil separator. Tech said it was pretty nasty in there. Replacing it would correct the water in the oil. Guess time will tell.
  7. 2010 with 2.5. Can someone tell me about the oil separator/pcs systems. How it might work? I have some water in the oil. Not coolant. Water. Then the hose on the back of the valve cover had water it.
  8. 2010 fusion sel 2.5. Just changed the valve cover, plugs, and cleaned the throttle body. When I removed the hose on the back of the valve cover that runs to the air intake there was water in there. Kinda smelled like lettuce. Weird I thought. Anyways any thoughts on why water would be in that hose?? I assume this is something to do with the pcv system.
