Update - the dealership - Kimber Creek Ford in Pine RIver MN - went ahead and ordered the cord for me and let me know it was $96. I stopped in today and talked to the sales manager and owner and expressed my disappointment with the whole process. I said why would a required item for an option that was paid for not be included. I think they knew I would be voicing my concerns with anyone that would listen. They decided to eat the cost and give me the cord. BTW the cord 8' long and not just a little pigtail.

So I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Fusion SE with a factory installed block heater. The dealership told me a standard extension cord would work. I go to plug it in and no way is it a standard cord. I argue with the dealership for almost a week before they finally check into it and discover it DOES require a special cord and it is not included. I have to order one for $96!! I feel a little ripped off! Anybody know where a person could get an aftermarket one? Temro brand.
