  1. Hi Zeke, I just grabbed This one from eBay. Has the antenna portion integrated into it. Hoped it would have been polished/shinier, but oh well. Will probably rattle-can it to match my factory color (automotivetouchup.com FTW) before I install it.
  2. Ended up not getting either one of these cars above (the 2017 was absolute Sh!t, and the blue one sold before I could spring it) but I ended up picking this bad boy up on Friday (attached): 2016 Titanium with all options except AWD, adaptive cruise and park assist.
  3. I thought the 2016 and up used the twin-scroll turbo for the 2.0L EB Edit - nevermind, the "twin scroll" I'm thinking of was in the Edge, and '17+ Fusions.
  4. You are correct - good eye!! It's got heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, 19's, Navigation, Driver's Assist package, rear inflatable safety belts. No adaptive cruise or active park assist (Which I would rarely use). Ruby Red Metallic is growing on me...I really wanted the Blue or grey, but when I saw this one in person it was a much deeper red (almost crimson) than I was expecting.
  5. I noticed the lack of rubber trim around the front and rear windshields on my '16, and wondered why they don't have it any longer. Apparently according to the dealer rep I spoke to, it's mainly aesthetics, the look of the rubber surround was seen as "cheap".
  6. Flew down and bought my 2016 Fusion Titanium on Friday and drove back home...I'm in LOVE! Powerfulas F*ck, and averaging 80MPH on the way home I got ~30MPG. Impressive! Gonna do a front license plate delete, window tint (20%) and Shark Fin antenna first. Other than that, just gonna enjoy the new car! Came from a 1999 Nissan Maxima with 200K - HUGE difference. Love the EcoBoost!
  7. 4d tech has a plug and play kit (genuine Ford parts) for 1500 non-navi, and 2K with Nav. Or you can source your own parts for about half the price, apparently.
  8. Sport in Magnetic is just so darn beautiful!
  9. You got it. If this one doesn't pan out, I'm going to be getting a blue 2016 Titanium with the driver assist, adaptive cruise, heated/cooled seats, nav, BLIS/etc...with 27K on the clock as a CPO. It's 2 grand more expensive, but a good backup
  10. Thanks to the both of you for your input Inspection is scheduled for tomorrow, hopefully everything checks out...yeah there's a Carfax on it but it's not all that detailed. "Damage" to front and rear before the first owner (rental company) got rid of it. 2nd owner bought it from, and then went back to, the same dealer it's at now, so I'm going to try and get them to open up a bit as to what they have / info from it's prior sale.
  11. something something "freedoms"....lol
  12. Unfortunately, I'm not buying from a Ford dealer. There is a transmission shop I trust near me to do a fluid exchange, I may just use them unless Ford Service is the preferred for these 6 speed autos...? No trans dipstick in the 2.0 EB, how would I go about checking beforehand (without pulling the drain plug temporarily)? re: Strut brace...interesting. I was going off what I did to my current Maxima, it really did stiffen things up from stock re: body roll. Will have to research it more - may just save that $$ and put it towards the tune!
  13. 17 Titanium has LED headlights, so that RGB halo kit thing won't work anyhow.
  14. Hi BBF, Thanks for your reply. I am getting the vehicle professionally inspected, so no worries there. It is not a CPO, and (due to the mileage) the power train warranty only has like 1500 miles left. I planned on doing a 2 or 3x drain and fill of the transmission within the first few weeks. If the inspection comes back clean, I'm gonna pull the trigger. First mods already planned out (Steeda strut brace, color-matched shark fin, front license plate delete) as well as a Livernois tune within a year.
  15. Any updates on this? I'm looking to purchase a '17 Titanium used and don't want to deal with electrical issues on a 2 year old vehicle.
