The Ford is from USA I shipped it over to Ukraine myself, it's the American version! It's 2014 Ford fusion awd 2.0 turbo

So i recently took my ford fusion awd 2014 2.0 to my local ford dealer here in ukraine. My ford was makin popping noises when i would make a sharp turn, the people at the dealer ship told me i need to replace my back clutch im assuming its the Viscous Coupler.However when i looked online for the part the only one that shows up is Viscous Coupler - Ford (CV6Z-4A232-A) and when i put in my trim model into the system (ebay, etc,) it says that the part wont fit........ Help please

how do you disconnect it electronically??? and is that bad for your car since its designed for AWD?
