  1. I asked two places and they said they cannot because it's aluminum. Only the cheaper steel rims can be fixed. Per the certified pre-owned paperwork, the rim had a bent lip. My mechanic says the leaking tire is on this rim. They put bead sealer on it, but it's not 100% working. I have to refill the tire about 1-2x weekly.
  2. I bought my car in 2019 as a Certified Pre-Owned with a bent rim that was deemed good to use. It has recently become a problem as it's causing the tire to lose air slowly. I need to replace it. Where should I buy one? I was looking at ones on eBay. Need exact OEM and for it to be in nice shape (not beat up). Part # HS7Z-1007-C. VIN: 3FA6P0RU7JR120574 Here's what it looks like:
  3. 2018 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. Tried two pairs of Trico Titan wipers and both squeak (ugh!) What do you recommend for the best possible all season wipers? Was thinking about Bosch Evolution to try next.
  4. 2018 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid, 65k miles Current battery Original Ford Motorcraft BXT-90T5-590 Cold cranking amps: 590 Batteries I am interested in Odyssey Performance Series ODP-AGM48 H6 L3 Cold cranking amps: 720 Warranty: 36-month free replacement ~$268ish - expensive !! Motorcraft BAGM-48H6-760 Cold cranking amps: 760 Warranty: 36-month free replacement, limited warranty of 100-months & unlimited mileage ~$183ish - not so bad !! Would love an Optima battery, but they don't make one for my car. Questions Would an AMG be a big upgrade given that my current battery has 65k miles on it and a relatively small CCA of 590? Why is the Motorcraft so much cheaper than the Odyssey? Is the Odyssey worth it? Best place to purchase? Normally, I'd purchase a battery locally from an auto parts store. They handle any warranty issues. What do I do if I have a battery issue under warranty? For the Motorcraft battery, can I just go to any Ford dealership?
  5. I did some searching and didn't find this. Lots of info for older models. Didn't think to do a search in the manual. Will try this and report back. Thanks for the help!
  6. 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium Used this tutorial to try to obtain my factory code for the driver door: https://seventrumpet.com/how-to-retrieve-keyless-entry-keypad-code-on-ford-fusion/ Here's a video of me following those instructions:
  7. Yes, the one I mentioned originally. I have tried like 5 different seat covers now. This one is the one that has everything I want: 1) waterproof 2) two pieces (headrest cover separate) 3) fits properly 4) has velcro straps to stick together behind the seat to keep the seat cover from sliding around.
  8. Found a winner: https://www.dickies.com/seat-covers/aquablock-single-car-seat-cover/3474LDBLKAL.html Purchased at Meijer.
  9. Thanks for the thoughtful response Those expensive ones are not even an option as they do not make any for my vehicle.
  10. I transport people to medical appointments. I need a waterproof seat cover, which I will add XL potty pads underneath. Right now, I have a Bell Body Glove Neoprene NeverWet Seat Cover. It does not fit well. The bend (where the vertical back switches to the horizontal seat) does not go all the way down to the bottom of the seat. So, when someone sits on the seat, the seat cover gets stretched down. Got a Dickie's cover to try but I think it doesn't have straps in the back, so the horizontal seat cover part won't stay in place. Would love a 2-piece cover instead.
  11. Got Husky liners in my 2018 Fusion. They do not cover a gap between the seat and the liner. What to do?
