    I've done the Allen fix as well. I remember in the past the car doing the rebalancing itself but it's been over a year now for me and the car hasn't rebalanced at all I think as of right now my MPG average is 30.3, which is actually worse than when I did the fix. Before the fix I was getting about 32/ 33 MPG. After the fix my MPG went up maybe a couple and now it's really down. So I'm guessing I need to have a rebalance?

    I'm in the same boat, but I did the reset myself via these instructions in the city my MPG is 30 mpg so it's basically back to the same it was before the fix, the fix only lasted about a month or two

    I the fix went smoothly, and nothing else is wrong with the car so idk.. it was getting upper 38 to 40

    My mileage has taken a dump, when first applied the fix I was getting about 38 mpg it's has gotten down to 33mpg, no driving patterns have changed

    You need to have somebody scan the car with a Ford dealer level scan tool, the wrench is for Ford specific vehicles, so a regular scan tool will not pick it up or diag it. I had the same light come on and I needed to replace the electronic cooling for the hybrid system

    I've had that same issue before. It was the electronic cooling system for the hybrid system. Yours could be something completely different though even need somebody with a Ford dealer level scan tool. Regular scan tools won't pick up the code

    Got it, thought I could do this with my computer as I did with the forscan stuff, didn't know I needed an actual scanner for it until I looked up your model

    I would like to thank allen85. I did this fantastically explained fix and I can now enjoy my vehicle once again. As many have other stated on here i also figured my vehicle I was only going to get 30 mpg ,before I was getting around 40. Thank you so very much
