I changed my battery today and all the lights are still on. Changing the battery didnt do anything. Do you have any other ideas what could be causing these issues?

All three of these lights came on for the first time (all at the same time along with the air bag light) the other day. I shut my car off and then started it again and they shut of so I kinda let it go. Then they came on again last night and are staying on even after restarting or if theyre not on when started they will pop up after a few minutes. We used our code reader and got no codes. Thought I would post on here and see if anyone knew the issue. It’s also causing the steering wheel to turn harder. Thought maybe something to do with the battery but it’s charged to 100% and still doing it.
